Doctoral and
PJ seminar

Study exchange in the sports orthopedics section

The doctoral and practical year seminar takes place every two weeks during the current semester. It provides a platform for doctoral students in the Sports Orthopedics section to present the current status of their research. Current challenges are discussed in a group setting with other doctoral students. The goal is a mutual, constructive exchange. In addition to the academic work, clinical and imaging diagnostics are taught using case studies. Case-specific treatment options for the presented sports orthopedic topics are then discussed.

The doctoral colloquium is a course and is open to interested medical students (especially those in their final year of medical school and those undergoing clinical training) after prior registration.

The doctoral colloquium is in close cooperation with the AGA students of the Society for Arthroscopy and Joint Surgery.
