Specialist training in the field of sports orthopedics
The Sports Orthopaedics Section has a 3.5-year training authorization to become a specialist in orthopaedics and trauma surgery (2.5 years in orthopaedics and trauma surgery and 1 year in common trunk).
In addition, our assistants have the opportunity to complete further training in intensive care medicine and the emergency room within the Klinikum rechts der Isar as part of a rotation.
In addition, there is the option of a 6-month training period leading to the additional qualification “Physical Therapy and Balneology” at the Medical Park St. Hubertus Bad Wiessee rehabilitation clinic.
