Internship in the sports orthopedics section
Interested medical students can also complete part of their elective "Orthopedics" internship in our department – by arrangement and according to the schedule of the Department of Orthopedics at the Klinikum rechts der Isar. During the "Orthopedics" internship, students will rotate between the respective departments of "Orthopedics" (Klinikum rechts der Isar), "Sports Orthopedics" (Klinikum rechts der Isar), and "Pediatric Orthopedics" (Klinikum Schwabing). The overall organization is handled by the Department of Orthopedics. For medical students from other medical schools in Germany and abroad, the "PJ Mobility" regulations apply and must be coordinated with both their respective universities and the TUM Medical Dean's Office.
